How we work
Creating a new home from scratch can be intimidating. Knowing where to start, how long it will take or having a clear understanding of the financial investment - it can be daunting. Fortunately the size of our company means we can give you personal, one-on-one guidance from initial ideas all the way to completion. Yet we’re still large enough to be able to tackle large scale, complex builds. We believe this model sets us apart from other building companies in Queensland and keeps a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The Process
Stage 1
It all begins with an idea. This is where you share your vision with our Managing Director, Adam. He’ll go through your initial vision, working with you to build the foundations of what will be built. He will answer any questions and get a sense of what you want to achieve. Then with you, he will inspect your site to maximise space and orientation. Then the vision will be put to paper by our network of drafters to create a blueprint.
Stage 2
Once a blueprint has been created we will get the documentation signed off, from contract drawings through to building approvals. We’ll sit down and go through the building contract so that you are across everything involved. We’ll then liaise with surveyors and engineers to get everything compliant for the residential design code.
Stage 3
Our team of builders will then begin the process of construction. We’ll meet with you regularly at every milestone of the build so you are kept up to date at all times and we arrive on time and on budget.
